Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and patient-focused Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. Previous experience in outpatient orthopedics or manual therapy is a plus, but not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn, grow professionally, and deliver excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized physical therapy treatments based on patient needs and established plans of care.
- Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions for orthopedic conditions, pain management, and age-related functional limitations.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and referring healthcare providers.
- Promote a positive, compassionate, and professional patient experience.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, professional integrity, and a commitment to quality patient care.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience and manual therapy background are preferred but not required.
