Touch Of Healing Hands Home Care, LLC is seeking an organized, dependable Office Manager to support the daily operations of our home care office. The right person will communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, families, and staff while helping the office stay organized and responsive.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office operations and help keep office procedures running smoothly.
- Support caregiver scheduling, coverage, and communication with clients and families.
- Help maintain accurate client, employee, and service records.
- Monitor incoming calls, messages, referrals, and paperwork, and direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and orientation for new caregivers.
- Work with the nursing, billing, and EVV teams to help resolve documentation or scheduling issues.
- Use home care software to review or update information as assigned.
- Protect confidential client and employee information and follow HIPAA and company policies.
- Provide courteous, timely service to clients, caregivers, and community partners.
Qualifications
- Office management, administrative, or customer service experience required.
- Home care, healthcare, or human services experience preferred.
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and office software.
- Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
