We are looking for a full-time Office Manager to join our management team. We focus on exceptional customer service and growth. Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative functions in a professional office setting.
- Provide high-level customer service to clients and collaborate with employees to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Interact with clients, and field staff and use independent judgment to prioritize workload.
- Provide clerical support, including answering phones, organizing mail, preparing documents, invoicing and payments (use Quick Books).
- Assist with communication between field staff and clients.
- Assist with managing and field staff.
- Resolve client questions and complaints through email and phone conversations.
- Maintain office files and daily cleanliness of common areas and equipment.
- Manage office supplies and perform receipt and credit card reconciliation.
- Prepare general correspondence and proofread for accuracy and clarity.
- Perform additional related clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English oral and written communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based programs.
- High school diploma. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of administrative and clerical experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize work.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Valid driver's license or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
Physical Demands:
- Walking, sitting, and standing with light lifting.
- Extended time at a computer and on the telephone.
Compensation:
To be determined. This is an hourly position. Starting hourly rate will be $19 to $23 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Future increases or bonuses will be based on the performance of the employee and the company.
