Touch of Europe Cleaning Service, a trusted and growing residential cleaning company in the Madison area, is looking for a Field Manager to lead and support our amazing team.

What You’ll Do
As our Field Manager, you will:
- Supervise and support field teams during daily cleaning operations
- Train new employees and coach existing staff to ensure consistent quality
- Manage schedules, handle last-minute changes, and ensure teams arrive on time
- Conduct quality checks to make sure every job meets our high standards
- Solve customer issues on the spot and maintain strong client relationships
- Recruit and interview potential staff members
- Hold employees accountable and uphold company policies
- Represent Touch of Europe Cleaning Service professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide employees
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional cleaning experience (required)
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience managing employees, schedules, and customer interactions
- Basic understanding of HR practices
- Hands-on attitude and willingness to jump in when needed
