What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Work Order Analyst position at Touch of Color Flooring?
Our Commercial Flooring Division is looking for a full-time Work Order Analyst.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
*Work Order Writing:
- Entering labor lines
- Reviewing submittal logs
- Compare/Contrast finish schedules and cost sheets
- Providing detailed installation instructions
- Tracking scope changes
- Communicating with the project team
*Requirements:
- Must be able to multi-task
- Has strong communication skills and is detail oriented
- Understands how to prioritize
- Proficient with Excel
- Able to read shop drawings and finish schedules
- RFMS software knowledge is a bonus, but not required
