Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Retail Sales Associate at Touch of Class, based in La Crosse, WI. The Retail Sales Associate will engage with customers to provide excellent service, assist with product selection, answer inquiries, and maintain the store's presentation. Responsibilities include operating the point-of-sale systems, managing stock, creating displays, and assisting with inventory management. A successful candidate will embody the store’s commitment to helping customers find unique items, ensuring their shopping experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and a friendly demeanor
• Experience with retail sales, point-of-sale systems, and cash handling

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Previous retail or boutique experience is preferred but not required
