Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Schedule appointments with professional phone etiquette and clear verbal communication skills
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with product demonstrations and answer questions about store merchandise
- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and processing refunds or exchanges
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the retail space is clean, inviting, and well-merchandised
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store products to assist customers effectively and confidently
- Support inventory management through stocking and merchandising efforts.
- Ability to handle cash drawers accurately and perform retail math efficiently during busy periods
