What You'll Do
- Lead practice innovation and knowledge management initiatives.
- Help lawyers leverage AI, legal technology, and modern knowledge platforms.
- Curate and enhance know-how, precedents, and best-practice resources.
- Improve legal workflows, efficiency, and client value.
- Identify, test, and implement innovative solutions to practice challenges.
- Support change management and drive adoption of new tools and processes.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified lawyer with 3 (three) years, as a guide, private practice experience.
- Interest in legal innovation, knowledge management, and AI.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercial mindset with a passion for improving how legal work gets done.
- Experience with legal technology, automation, or knowledge systems is advantageous.
