About TOTS on the Spot:

TOTS on the Spot, LLC has been providing on-site event childcare since 2006. We provide fun, engaging childcare for military family events, corporate events, weddings, conferences, retreats, and other special events.

We are looking for reliable, friendly caregivers to join our team for an upcoming event at Fort Carson. This is a short, 3.5 hour shift and a great opportunity for caregivers interested in working additional events with us in the future.

You'll work alongside our Head Caregiver and other caregivers to provide a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for the children attending the event.

Exact event location will be provided after your application has been completed and accepted, but it is at Fort Carson.

Compensation

$16.00 per hour

Payment will be sent via Venmo on Sunday, September 27, 2026

What You'll Be Doing:

Activities may include:

• Arts and crafts
• Games and puzzles
• Free play
• Dress-up and imaginative play
• Dance parties
• Storytime
• Movies and other age-appropriate activities

What We Provide:

We bring the childcare supplies, including toys, games, crafts, and other activity materials.

You just need to show up ready to care, play, and have fun with the kids!

What We're Looking For:

• Experience caring for or working with children — babysitting, nannying, daycare, teaching, parenting, coaching, etc.
• Dependable and punctual
• Friendly and comfortable working as part of a team
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Must be at least 17 years old

Background Check:

A background check may be required and if so, must be completed promptly if you are accepted for the event. The online background check takes approximately 5 minutes.

If required, you will pay the $19.95 fee upfront, and TOTS on the Spot will reimburse the fee with your event payment.
