Job description:
A Pre-K Teacher Aide primarily supports the lead teacher in a preschool classroom by providing direct care and supervision to young children, assisting with lesson implementation, maintaining a safe learning environment, and fostering positive student interactions, all under the guidance of the lead teacher; responsibilities may include helping with activities like arts and crafts, reading stories, managing transitions, monitoring playtime, and communicating with parents regarding student progress.
Qualifications for both positions: Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Willing to complete education trainings on a yearly basis
- Previous experience working with children preferably in a daycare or educational setting
- Must have own transportation
- Must be able to pass background check
