We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Operations Manager who can help us scale our business efficiently, maintain excellence in execution, and ensure our products reach consumers seamlessly.
Role Overview
The Supply Chain Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end flow of Toto’s supply chain, from sourcing ingredients to delivering finished goods into retail, e-commerce, and distribution networks. This role requires a highly detail-oriented & organized, strong communicator with 4-6 years of CPG operations experience and the ability to build & maintain scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Logistics
Manage procurement, supplier partnerships, and contract negotiations to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing.
Oversee order fulfillment, warehousing, and 3PL (third-party logistics) operations.
Optimize transportation, freight, and distribution for both inbound components, retail orders, and direct-to-consumer channels.
Monitor KPIs and reduce logistics costs while improving service levels and delivery timelines.
Production & Inventory
Develop and coordinate production schedules aligned with demand forecasts.
Coordinate production runs with co-manufacturing partners, ensuring all ingredients and components arrive in a timely manner to keep production on schedule
Implement and maintain inventory controls across raw materials, WIP, packaging components, and finished goods, ensuring availability while minimizing shortages
Conduct cycle counts and ensure ERP/operations systems maintain real-time accuracy.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and other regulatory requirements.
Partner with QA to reinforce food safety programs, traceability systems, and compliance standards.
Maintain documentation for audits, certifications (Organic, Non-GMO, Gluten-Free), and potential recalls.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to forecast demand, manage supply, and align on production priorities.
Support new product launches with operational readiness, packaging coordination, and supply planning.
Act as the primary liaison with distributors, and logistics partners.
Process Improvement & Leadership
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements across the supply chain.
Monitor KPIs including fill rate, OTIF (On-Time In-Full), and cost per case.
Manage, train, and mentor operations and logistics team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics within the consumer packaged food/beverage industry.
In-depth understanding of food safety, regulatory compliance, and recall procedures.
Proven experience managing 3PLs, distributors, and co-manufacturers.
Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience with ERP systems, demand planning tools, and inventory management software preferred
