About The Role
Liberty Leaf is hiring an Accounting & Sales Operations Assistant to support with managing accounts and day-to-day sales operations across our brands.
This is a fast-paced environment in a growing industry. We work collaboratively across sales, operations, and accounting to help the business grow and achieve success. Maintaining our CRM, collecting payments on time, and communicating clearly is a big part in how we operate.
We’re looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and consistent. This role focuses on processing invoices, managing accounts receivable, and working closely with the Sales Director to drive the business forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable across accounts, including outreach, reconciling, and updating invoices as needed
- Maintain clear and organized records of outreach, payment history, and account activity
- Work closely with the sales team to stay aligned on account priorities, payment status, and next steps
- Manage product and marketing assets, ensuring the latest versions are organized and accessible across menus, third-party platforms, and retail websites
- Support internal data tracking and reporting by maintaining up-to-date spreadsheets and reports for the Sales Director

- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Able to manage a large book of business and safe record keeping
- Practical and solution-oriented when issues arise
- Self-motivated while keeping the team informed and aligned
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving collaborative environment
- Persistent and reliable, while maintaining strong working relationships
Required Experience
- 1–3 years in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar role
- Experience managing invoices and tracking payments
- Proficiency in CRM, Google Sheets, and Excel for tracking and organization
- Experience communicating with external accounts, clients, or vendors
Preferred Experience
- Experience in wholesale, CPG, cannabis, or a similar industry
- Familiarity with inventory, order management, or accounting systems (i.e. Distru)
- Experience working closely with a sales team or supporting sales operations

Compensation
