Position Summary
The Land Services Administrator provides administrative, coordination, and entry-level technical support across the Right-of-Way (ROW), Permitting, and Survey teams.
This role supports document control, tracking, scheduling, and workflow organization to ensure efficient project delivery and allow technical staff to focus on execution.
Work follows established procedures and may require periodic review by coworkers or managers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble project documents, permit packages, and standard forms
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
- Track project requests, submissions, deliverables, and internal handoffs
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, action items, and transmittals
- Support billing, invoicing, and time/expense reporting
- Maintain logs, status trackers, and dashboards
- Support Survey, Permitting, and ROW staff with non-technical tasks
- Assist with general correspondence and project communications
Qualifications:
Required Minimum Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Some administrative experience in a professional services environment preferred
- Prior exposure to engineering, surveying, ROW, or permitting environments preferred
