PRODUCTION OPERATOR
TOTEX is a leading designer and manufacturer of rechargeable batteries and chargers supplying many industries including medical, test & measurement, military, industrial, and scientific. The company has been in business for over 30 years and has operations in Torrance CA, China, and Hong Kong.
Production Soldering Operator is responsible for:
- PCB soldering assemblies; placing components on boards per controlled parts lists, drawing documentation, and quality workmanship guidelines
- Perform manual placement and hand solder through whole components per specifications
- Prep circuit boards for stuff line and wave solder
- Install electronic parts, apply solder mask, and apply solder tape to boards
- Perform some electronic data entry work into a computer system
- Packing
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Previous PCBA experience preferred - Basic math skills
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Ability to work in a multifunctional team environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and follow assembly instructions
- Basic soldering skills

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
