Warehouse Worker (My Connect) Full-Time Individual Contrib Anchorage, AK, US Yesterday Requisition ID: 1366 Salary Range: $20.50 To $30.80 Hourly This position is responsible for the stocking, inventory, auditing, loading, unloading, receiving, handling and shipping of freight. Essential Duties: ​ ​Operate safely and in compliance with all established HSSE policies and procedures · Read customer orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped · Load/unload containers, lift materials, verify and receive POs and BOLs, count and label · Pack and/or ship materials in compliance with DOT and Carlile policies and procedures · Consolidate boxes and pallets for shipment · Note damaged freight, record on BOL and photograph · Maintain good housekeeping standards with focus on the care and custody of materials · Prepare and prioritize orders for shipment to include delivery documents · Prioritize and complete day-to-day activities as assigned based on customer needs · Assist in inventory control audits · Perform inventory cycle counts · Rotate stock to ensure oldest product ships out first · Use various shilling/packaging methods such as pick-and-pack, carton, cases, and pallet, to ensure proper order fulfillment · Assist in machine installation, with white glove delivery, at customer locations · Receive and stock inventory · Assist to relieve marking system responsibilities · Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications · High school diploma or GED · Previous material handling and forklift experience preferred Benefits At Carlile Transportation, we understand the importance of fostering a comprehensive and supportive benefits package to enhance the overall well-being of our valued employees.
