What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Administrative Assistant PT or FT, Early Morning position at TotalWellness?
TotalWellness, a national provider of corporate flu shots, is looking for a temporary administrative assistant to work during the busy flu vaccination season (July/August-October). Position is temporary, and can be either Part-time or Full-time, Monday-Friday in our Omaha, NE office. Can be 4 to 8 hours each day, flexible with end time but start time must be around 6am.
Major duties and responsibilities include:
- Initiate the process and track that medical contractors meet certain client requirements for background checks, badging, etc. prior to working events. Follow-up with contractors as needed.
- Assisting Scheduling team with scheduling nurses for nationwide corporate flu vaccination events. Contact nurses via phone or email as needed.
- Assist early morning office staff with urgent issues such as contractors canceling last minute.
- Assist with verifying nurse licensures.
- Assist Recruiting department with posting ads, searching for possible applicants, phone calls, etc.
- Performs other administrative tasks and duties as required
Qualifications:
- High School education or equivalent.
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
- Must be detail-orientated and organized.
- Superior customer service and telephone skills.
- Ability to interface with a wide range of people in a professional manner.
- Organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize work.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
