TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Wound Care for a travel nursing job in Rapid City, South Dakota.
Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: Wound Care
- Discipline: RN
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 10 hours, days
- Employment Type: Travel
Unit: Inpatient Would Care
Certs Required: BLS, Wound care certification, Ostomy certification CWOCN.
Experience Required: 2 years required. General wound care background is a must, Wound Vacs, Nurse Level Debridement, Perform ABIs, Cast cutting.
RN: Typically 1 patient/hour - dependent on complexity.
Patient Types: Inpatient/Outpatient/HBO/Ostomy – manager discretion on type of experience traveler has. Wound Care patients: Very large variety of patients with wounds of various causes included but not limited to diabetic foot wounds, vascular wounds, and pressure injuries.
Floating: Can float from inpatient to outpatient.
