Qualifications

Responsibilities
Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU)., Assess patients' conditions, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed., Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans., Perform advanced interventions and procedures to stabilize and support patients' health., Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment options, and care plans for optimal recovery.
