We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for a travel assignment in Southborough, Massachusetts
Checking patient for LAb/RAD and Release orders from Epic
Facility: Reliant Medical Group - Southboro
Assignment Type: Travel - Standard
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 0800 to 1630
Hours per Week: 40.00
Work Style: Onsite
Responsibilities
- Triage patient to correct dept.
- Check in patients for LAB or RAD work
- Release orders for LAB/RAD
- Request orders if missing
- Prepare CD of Imaging for pickup
Qualifications
- Highschool/GED or equivalent
- Candidate should have reliable transportation as this is a float position and they may be required to go to a different location with short notice.
- Customer service experience healthcare background or Epic experience helpful.
