The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a telemetry setting, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Current RN license and active registration in the state of Georgia.
- Experience working in telemetry or a related field (at least 1 year).
- BLS certification and any other certifications required by the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references.
