Job Description
As a Respiratory Therapist with TotalMed Allied, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including hospitals and clinics. You will be responsible for providing patient care, administering treatments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments, such as oxygen therapy and ventilator management.
- Conduct pulmonary function tests and analyze results to diagnose respiratory disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with respiratory conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of California.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
