We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to establish and lead our Indiana operations. This is an exciting opportunity to build a high-performing operation from the ground up while playing a key leadership role in a rapidly growing organization.

Position Summary

The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of Totalline's Indiana facility, including warehouse operations, logistics, light assembly, inventory management, quality assurance, administration, customer support, and business development. This position also requires travel to customers, suppliers, warehouses and business locations as reasonably required.

This individual will be responsible for building strong operational systems, leading a high-performing team, supporting OEM customers, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational excellence across the business.

What You'll Do:

Facility & Operations Leadership

  • Lead all day-to-day operations of the Indiana facility.
  • Ensure efficient warehouse, distribution, inventory, and assembly operations.
  • Maintain facility readiness, safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and improve operational procedures and workflows.

Warehouse & Logistics Management

  • Oversee receiving, shipping, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory controls.
  • Coordinate freight, transportation, customs, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • Support procurement and material movement activities.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop employees.
  • Create a positive, accountable, and safety-focused workplace culture.
  • Manage employee scheduling, performance, and productivity.
  • Lead ongoing staff development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Customer & OEM Support

  • Serve as the primary local contact for key OEM customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout Northern Indiana.
  • Coordinate customer meetings, product demonstrations, and project launches.
  • Support business development and identify new growth opportunities.

Quality & Process Improvement

  • Develop quality assurance procedures and operational standards.
  • Oversee inspections, testing, corrective actions, warranty documentation, and returns.
  • Continuously improve operational processes and reporting systems.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Financial & Operational Performance

  • Support facility budgets and financial objectives.
  • Monitor KPIs including:
  • Inventory accuracy
  • Service levels
  • Shipping performance
  • Operational efficiency
  • Quality metrics
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Drive cost control and operational improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in operations, warehouse management, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution.
  • Experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience working with OEM customers is considered an asset.
  • Ability to build systems, processes, and teams from the ground up.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
