Junior Business Systems Analyst
The Role: Totalis Consulting Group, Inc. is hiring a motivated recent graduate to help us build a compliance management platform for financial services clients. You'll learn to use SmartSuite (a modern database platform) to organize data, automate workflows, and create executive dashboards. We provide full training.
What You'll Do:
- Build and manage database structures for compliance tracking
- Create automated reminders and notifications for deadlines
- Design dashboards and reports for leadership teams
- Document processes and create user guides
- Work with experts to ensure data accuracy
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new technology
- On-site presence required 4 days per week (Alpharetta, GA)
Employment Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
