🚀 What You’ll Do 🔗 Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Support and execute sourcing strategies for complex, high‑value services, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.
- Identify, qualify, evaluate, and engage suppliers based on capability, pricing, risk, and performance.
- Interview suppliers and assess service offerings to ensure alignment with project and business needs.
- Manage RFQs and RFPs, supplier responses, evaluations, and agreements.
- Issue and maintain purchase orders and service agreements, including pricing updates, invoice discrepancies, and revisions.
- Ensure all contracts and purchase orders comply with internal policies and procedures.
- Play a tactical role in planning, scheduling, and coordinating procurement activities to align with project schedules.
- Manage post‑award supplier activities including claims, settlements, disputes, expediting, and close‑out.
- Track, revise, and close project purchase orders through completion.
- Drive cost savings through negotiations, consolidation of contract requests, and supplier optimization.
- Apply risk management principles to develop and execute effective category strategies.
- Proactively identify procurement risks and propose mitigation plans.
- Use market intelligence and commodity knowledge to anticipate sourcing challenges.
- Contribute ideas and methods to improve procurement efficiency and functional performance.
- Support waste elimination across the value chain through smarter sourcing practices.
- What You Bring ✅ Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of procurement experience.
- Broad experience across procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, contracting, and supplier management.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across central and regional teams.
- Proven success managing deadlines and priorities in a project‑driven organization.
- Exposure to solar photovoltaic or renewable energy projects.
- Experience working with general construction service providers.
- Understanding of the construction project lifecycle, including procurement timing and execution.
- Basic knowledge of construction project accounting (cost codes, cash flow, accruals, budgeting).
