What You’ll Own
- Full control of financial operations: close, reporting, forecasting, and performance visibility
- Financial strategy, modeling, and business cases that drive investment decisions
- Cost structure, margins, and operational efficiency across the business
- Internal controls, audits, and compliance in a global corporate environment
- Leadership of Finance & IT teams
- You think like an operator, not just an accountant
- You challenge assumptions and drive accountability across the business
- You’re comfortable in a fast-paced, complex, multi-entity environment
- You’ve led through change—systems, structure, or performance turnaround
- 7–10 years in finance leadership roles (manufacturing or aerospace/defense preferred)
- Strong command of FP&A, reporting, and cost accounting
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing decisions
- CPA/MBA and experience are strong advantages
- Exposure to global organizations; French or another European language is a plus
- Direct impact on business performance and growth
- High visibility with executive leadership and global stakeholders
