You'll be the technical expert who designs, implements, and maintains infrastructure for businesses that depend on us. You'll architect solutions, lead projects, and ensure our clients' technology runs flawlessly.Design & Build Infrastructure• Architect and deploy network infrastructure using our standardized technology stack• Every client runs Fortinet, so you'll become an expert in designing and implementing Fortinet firewall solutions.• Deploy and manage Ruckus wireless networks for reliable, high-performance connectivity• Build and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Hyper-V, and file services• Support mixed environments with both Windows and Apple devices• Manage device fleets using Microsoft Intune and Mosyle MDM solutions• Implement Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid cloud solutions• Design and deploy business continuity and disaster recovery solutionsLead Projects• Own infrastructure projects from scoping through implementation and handoff• Lead new client onboarding, aligning chaotic environments with our standards• Execute technology refresh projects, server migrations, and cloud deployments• Communicate with clients throughout projects; you're the expert they're trustingKeep It Running Right• Participate in regular technology standards alignment meetings• Maintain documentation that your teammates can actually use• Serve as the escalation point• Proactively identify opportunities to improve client environments Our Technology StackGreat question!
