Responsibilities

- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage route driving responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery of products while adhering to safety standards.
- Conduct merchandising activities to ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked in retail or client locations.
- Follow all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safe lifting practices during transportation and heavy lifting tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and route details for organizational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields; retail store experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred; knowledge of commercial truck driving is advantageous.
- Strong math skills for pricing calculations, inventory management, and basic financial transactions.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during product handling or transportation tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and reporting.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations, route driving, and automobile transportation procedures.
- Organizational skills to manage schedules, routes, and merchandising setups effectively.
- Prior military experience is considered a valuable asset due to discipline and organizational capabilities.
