Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales: Meet and exceed individual sales goals by pitching wireless plans, devices, and accessories.
Customer Experience: Greet customers warmly, troubleshoot basic device issues, and provide personalized recommendations.
Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of Total Wireless plans, the latest smartphones, and current promotional offers.
Store Operations: Assist with opening/closing the store, inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, professional store environment.
Account Management: Process activations, upgrades, and payments accurately through our POS system.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service (wireless/telecom experience is a major plus!).
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex plans in simple terms.
Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Tech-Fluent: Comfortable using various operating systems (iOS/Android) and learning new software quickly.
Drive: A "go-getter" attitude with a focus on hitting performance metrics.

Job Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent
BS degree in marketing or related field is a plus
Experience as a retail sales representative or similar role is a plus
Familiarity with visual merchandising
Ability to stock and restock shelves
Strong communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Good organization skills
Positive and friendly attitude
Ability to successfully work in a team
Ability to engage with our growing Spanish-speaking market is a strong plus.
The starting pay for this position is $17.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission structure that directly rewards your individual sales performance. We believe in high-earning potential driven by integrity; therefore, all outreach and sales efforts must align with our ethical activation standards, ensuring that every transaction is conducted with transparency and respect for the customer. With no ceiling on your commissions, your total compensation is limited only by your drive and your commitment to maintaining our reputation for excellence and following ethical guidelines.

Weekend availability
Holidays
Night shift (2:15-7pm)
Day shift (10-2:45pm)
