Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Recommend wireless plans, devices, accessories, and protection plans based on customer needs.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Process activations, upgrades, payments, and account changes accurately.
- Educate customers on device features, promotions, and services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally.
- Stay informed about current promotions, products, and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Pay: $30,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
