Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Wireless Retail Sales Associate role located in Sacramento, CA. The Wireless Retail Sales Associate will greet customers, actively listen to their needs, and recommend appropriate phones, accessories, and service plans. Daily responsibilities include demonstrating device features, explaining pricing and promotions, processing sales and returns, and assisting with activations, upgrades, and account changes. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized store, restocking merchandise, setting up displays, and accurately handling cash and point-of-sale transactions. The associate will follow company policies, meet or exceed sales and customer service goals, and participate in ongoing product and sales training.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Sales and upselling abilities, including comfort working with sales targets, promotions, and product recommendations.
- Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn about wireless devices, mobile operating systems, and carrier plans.
