Total Wireless Bilingual District Manager - We offer unlimited earning potential, flexible hours, and opportunities for growth.
Compensation: $50,000- $60,000 Base Salary Commission
OTE- $75,000-$90,000 based on experience and performance

Requirements:
- Communication & availability via email/phone/text at all times
- Knowledge of backend systems and/or where to obtain such information
- Make field visits to ensure compliance & operational standards
- Review store operations & create coaching plans
- Maintain company culture and motivate management staff
- Conducting brainstorming/training sessions internally
- Assist with store events, setup, backend maintenance
- Interview, Hire, Assist in training of new employees for each designated location
- Conference Calls & Itinerary
- Daily Sales and Operations
- Maintain proper scheduling, overtime, and other policies for each manager/location
- Setting up assigned whitespace locations and relocations
- Track hours, miles, expenses, and store visits through company issued software
Responsibilities:
- Build a positive, customer and goal oriented environment
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators
- Coach/mentor your team daily
- Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others
- Minimum 3-years management experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds when necessary
- Use of personal vehicle for daily use driving upwards of 100 miles per day
- Work 45-50 hours a week, Monday through Saturday, occasional Sundays
