Responsibilities

- Provide knowledgeable assistance on products such as prepaid wireless plans and home internet services.
- Conduct effective merchandising to ensure products are well-presented and accessible to customers.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately and securely.
- Manage POS systems to process sales, returns, and exchanges smoothly.
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone communication when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to create an inviting shopping experience.
- Stay informed about current promotions, product features, and store policies to better serve customers.
Experience
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately and responsibly.
- Basic knowledge of merchandising principles is a plus.
