What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and deliver an excellent in-store experience
- Understand customer needs and match them with the right device & plan
- Offer tablets, home internet, accessories, and protection plans
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Learn sales scripts, product knowledge, and execution playbooks
- Help maintain store appearance, merchandising, and opening/closing routines
- Track your performance to hit individual and store goals
How You Get Paid
