We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for every client. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle various customer service tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Uphold professional phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
• Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English; additional multilingual skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred.
• Familiarity with office environments and call center operations is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
