Duties
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized assistance.
- Offer product knowledge and solutions for a diverse customer base.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and cash register, ensuring efficient cash handling.
- Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring products are well-displayed and replenished as needed.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate pricing, discounts, and change calculations during transactions.
- Actively promote sales initiatives and encourage upselling of products to meet sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
***Training, and on-going training, will be provided. No experience is necessary, but the candidate must be willing to learn and apply.
