Join our fun team at Total Wireless! We are looking to add sales representatives to our Gilroy team! Work independently and with team members, selling the latest tech!
Schedule:
- Flexible days, rotating weekends. Required.
- Store Hours are M- Sun. 10:00 AM - 7 PM
*Total Wireless sales associates responsibilities:
- Engage in Social Media. Post daily promos on FB, tiktok, and be comfortable being the face of Total wireless Gilroy team!
- Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
- Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
- Achieving personal and company goals.
- Taking customer's monthly payments. Assist in phone purchases.
- Showing phone options for those looking to upgrade, sign up customers.
- Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
- Increasing in-store sales.
- Superior product knowledge, tech knowledge is a must!
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
- Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
- Engage in monthly promotion events-- set up tent, outreach, bring customers in.
- Store cleaning.

Sales Associate Requirements :
- Enthusiastic, energetic, social media engagement, and responsible.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is REQUIRED.
- Must be at least 18 y.o.
- Basic computer knowledge. (google docs, internet browsing)
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
- Technology literate. Using POS, website knowledge, Excel, Word, account creations.
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
