Responsibilities
- Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs.
- Demonstrate and explain product features through hands-on demos.
- Recommend phones, accessories, and service plans that fit customers’ lifestyles and budgets.
- Deliver outstanding service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through strong product knowledge and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain clean, well-organized merchandising displays and manage inventory accuracy.
- Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
- Educate customers about promotions, loyalty programs, and new product launches.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience preferred; wireless or electronics background a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain tech clearly.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred; Haitian Creole a plus.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Comfortable with POS systems, basic math, and handling transactions.
- Motivated, dependable, and passionate about helping people stay connected.
