JOB DESCRIPTION: NCCCO Crane Operator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand, communicate, and enforce Company Safety, Quality and Accountability Program (PASS).
- Participate in Team meetings and safety meetings.
- Performs daily inspection of crane and rigging materials.
- Reviews lift plan and verifies weight and size of materials.
- Determines correct rigging requirements.
- Moves crane into position and verifies clear path to drop point.
- Performs lift of materials or equipment in a safe and professional manner.
- Participates in team meetings and safety meetings.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to meet entry requirements to customer worksites.
- Excellent knowledge of rigging methods and material.
- Ability to operate cranes with knowledge of controls and lifting techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of crane operators hand signals.
- NCCCO Crane Operator certification.
- Must maintain a minimum of a Class B valid driver’s license with Air Brake Endorsements or preferred a Class A valid drivers's license.
- Must comply with TWI Driver’s Policy.
- Must comply with TWI Drug and Alcohol Policy.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Communications: Able to read, write, speak & comprehend English fluently.
- Hearing: Hearing adequate to perform job duties.
- Speaking: Able to communicate clearly in person and over phone.
- Vision: Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties as indicated.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
