Registered Dental Hygienist (Full-Time)

Total Wellness Dental Studio is looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team!

We are a privately owned practice in Worthington that focuses on comprehensive dentistry, patient education, and creating an experience that feels comfortable and personal for every patient. We take pride in building relationships with our patients and with each other, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that.

This is a great opportunity for a hygienist who enjoys taking the time to educate patients, work closely with the doctor, and practice high-quality dentistry in a supportive environment. We value teamwork, communication, and making sure every member of our team feels appreciated.

We aren’t a high-volume office. We schedule enough time with our patients to build relationships, answer questions, and provide the quality of care we would want for our own families. If you’re looking for a practice where quality comes before quantity, you’ll fit right in.

Schedule

Monday through Thursday

No Fridays, evenings, or weekends.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $50-$55/hour depending on experience.

What You’ll Do

• Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care
• Administer local anesthetic
• Complete comprehensive periodontal charting
• Take digital radiographs
• Scan patients using our iTero Lumina digital scanner
• Perform sealants and enamel regeneration procedures
• Educate patients on their oral and overall health
• Work alongside the doctor to co-diagnose treatment needs
• Build lasting relationships with patients
• Help keep the sterilization area organized and running efficiently
• Sharpen instruments as needed
• Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish

• Holds an active Ohio Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Is dependable and takes pride in their work
