What are the responsibilities and job description for the Visa and Passport Consultant position at Total Visa Solutions?

The Visa and Passport Consultant’s role is to provide consulting services, documentation and processing of passports, business and complex category visas, while providing the highest standard of service to TVS’s valued clients. Visa and Passport Consultants are responsible for providing the client advance and guidance on how best to obtain required documentation for the services TVS provides. Complete focus on the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, while providing complete and accurate professional visa consultation.

Areas of Accountability

  • Ensures service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Provides advice and guidance to clients on how best to obtain required documentation and to mitigate internationally
  • Works within strict guidelines and communicates with both authorities and clients consistently via email or telephone
  • Interviews clients and deal with all applications / requirements
  • Ensures all information provided by client is accurate and complete
  • Prepares and checks all legal documents and required documents for submission
  • Takes full responsibility for all immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date on any changes in legislation
  • Actively engaged and supportive of the client(s) which are assigned to them

Follows TVS operational protocols

  • Responsible for documentation, follow up and follow through on all cases assigned to the consultant
  • Meets or exceeds productivity goals
  • Engaged and collaborative with clients, TVS management and peers
  • Clear, concise, consistent and complete documentation/communication
  • Collaborates with TVS peers, General Manager and Partners to ensure company objectives are met
  • Escalates any service concerns / issues to General Manager
  • Support business development initiatives by referring business
  • Makes suggestions for improvement and provides innovation to initiatives and projects
  • Establishes a communication strategy for employees relating to operating objectives, updates and changes
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to ensure clients’ goals/initiatives and deliverables are met or exceeded

Knowledge and Skill Required

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in visa/immigration services
  • Positive attitude, personable with a professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail; follow up and execution of all services
  • Fluent in English (both oral/written) is required, bi-lingual or multilingual is a plus
  • Must be motivated, energetic and able to work as part of a team
  • Must have strong communication and negotiation skills as the job is centered on communication with clients, colleagues and authorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Houston, TX 77079: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Visa and Passport: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
