Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with product information, sales, and provide a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service by assisting them with product selection and inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Keep the store organized and well-stocked, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, including vape and hemp offerings, to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and promote a positive team culture.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Availability to work weekends and evening shifts.
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
