This position is fully onsite out of our St. Paul, MN location.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Project Coordinator for Total Tool’s Crane and Hoist division, you will play a key role in supporting the Project Manager while delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. This position offers a clear path for long-term growth into a Project Manager role. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Order all project-related components through the company system
- Prepare quotes, sales orders, repair orders, purchase orders, and returns
- Track and document project schedules, materials, and progress
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and project execution
- Create and provide CAD drawings as needed
- Process advances and progressive billing for invoicing
- Perform other duties as assigned
PAY RANGE:
$28-$32 per hour, based on experience.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- 1–2 years of project management experience required
- Bachelor’s degree or PMI certification preferred (or equivalent hands-on project management experience)
- Experience in construction and/or the industrial supply industry preferred
- Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office Suite; ERP system experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn the Crane & Hoist industry and project management processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer job sites (company vehicle provided)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- This is a primarily sedentary role, requiring sitting for extended periods of time while working at a computer terminal.
- Occasional standing, bending, walking and lifting are also required.
- Employee must be able to communicate effectively in a typical office environment with a standard level of office noise.
- Occasional exposure to typical warehouse environment and hazards.
