Position Summary:
As Store Manager, you oversee the day-to-day operations of the Lincoln, NE location, leading and developing a high-performing team while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and manage branch employees in Counter Sales, Warehouse, Rental, and Repair Technician roles
- Foster a customer-focused environment through strong product knowledge, service standards, and consistent customer engagement
- Ensure sales floor and warehouse are well-stocked, organized, clean, and operating efficiently
- Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and daily cycle counts
- Monitor performance, address issues, and actively recruit top talent
- Lead by example by performing all store functions as needed
- Maintain a safe work environment and promote daily employee engagement and development
Qualifications:
- Experience managing, mentoring and coaching a team of employees
- 3 years of previous management experience is required
- Construction or industrial experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to keep your team informed and connected
- Highly motivated
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
