Total Tire Solutions is proud to partner with True North Fleet Services to support fleet operations in our brand-new location in Lake Charles, LA. We are seeking an experienced and dependable Tire Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and professionalism.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, mount, balance, rotate, and repair commercial and passenger tires
Inspect tires, wheels, and related components for safety and serviceability
Perform tire replacements and roadside service as needed
Accurately complete service documentation before and after work is performed
Ensure customer vehicles are treated with care and returned in equal or better conditions
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work bay
Follow all proper safety and installation procedures
Assist with unloading, stacking, and disposal of tires
Maintain proper care and maintenance of shop tools and equipment
Communicate effectively with office staff and supervisors regarding service needs
Participate in a rotating 24-hour on-call schedule
Work occasional Saturdays as business demands require
QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of tire technician experience required
Valid driver’s license requiredMust be at least 18 years old
Ability to regularly lift and maneuver tires weighing 75 pounds
Strong understanding of tire service procedures and safety standards
Dependable, punctual, and professional work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer service experience preferredMilitary veterans are encouraged to apply.
