About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, high-quality Physical Therapist to deliver outpatient-level

care directly in patients’ homes. This position combines the clinical standards and

outcomes of outpatient therapy with the independence and flexibility of a mobile setting.

Compensation

$90,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)

Requirements

● Active Florida Physical Therapy License (Required)

● Valid Driver’s License (Required)

● Ability to commute within Port Charlotte / Punta Gorda, FL

● Work Location: On the road (mobile therapy)
