Field Technician

Responsibilities

As a Copier/Printer Technician, you are responsible for proactive and reactive services on devices we service. In this role, you will be coordinating with other technical partners to ensure quick and correct fixes/changes are made to machines. You will support new installations while promoting excellent customer service as a TTSG service team member!

• Provide onsite customer service, field repair, and maintenance of digital office equipment at our customers’ facilities.
• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and provide preventative maintenance of Digital Imaging devices.
• Provide remote support specific to Multi-Functional Printers (MFPs) i.e., copiers, printers, scanners, fax, etc.
• MFP application support. You must have a good understanding of print hardware, software, and network protocols.
• In House and Onsite training of supported devices & applications. Provide training to end-users on how to use the MPS systems effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience servicing Konica, Kyocera, Ricoh and/or HP Digital Office equipment preferred.
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
• Requires a valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with end-users to resolve technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to be lift 50#

Salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
