Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Baltimore, MD, with the option of a 4-day or 5-day schedule. The role requires availability for two evenings per week (working until 7:00 PM). The Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication and speech disorders. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to monitor and support patient progress. Additional duties involve providing education and guidance to patients and their families on therapy techniques, as well as maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience required
- Experience in both in-person and teletherapy settings preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently
