Total Solutions is looking for a Systems/Network Administrator to join our Service Desk department The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing direct support to our clients and the ability to manage moderate troubleshooting and configurations. Must be able to deliver high quality technical assistance via phone and email. The candidate must follow a written workflow process for incoming support tickets. The candidate may occasionally be required to deploy solutions onsite.

Job Details:
- Full time (Standard business hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday - Friday)
- Salary: $45k-65k based on experience
- Reports to President & CEO
- In-office position

Job Responsibilities:
- Microsoft Active Directory & M365 general management, administration, and troubleshooting
- Group Policy management and troubleshooting; including folder redirection and file print shares
- Configuration of TCP/IP and DNS in Active Directory domains, and public DNS records
- Management of physical servers and Hyper-V virtualized servers
- Migration of software and data to new workstations with Windows and macOS operating systems
- Management of firewalls, switches, and wireless, including VLANs
- Process support requests according to documented workflow processes and standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a swift and seamless resolution
- Use our documentation program to search for procedures and meet company standards; note documentation that is out of date or incorrect as our solutions evolve
- Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed
Requirements:
- Must have driver's license
- At least 2 years' experience (relevant coursework may be considered)
- Strong troubleshooting and research skills
- Ability to communicate technical information, verbal and written to end-users
- Ability to relate to non-technical users
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and meet multiple deadlines in a high-pressure environment
Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
