Project Coordinator/Administration
Project Coordinator(s) are a vital to the productivity, growth and success of Total Service Telecom. Directly supporting the Project Manager(s) and Construction Manager(s). TST Project Coordinators and Administrators create/maintain/execute document controls (digital or physical), database management and customer deliverables. Not limited to these tasks, they will assist in the development and/or improvement of project processes and other given administration tasks as assigned by, or to assist the Project Managers and Construction Managers and Upper Management.
- Previous extensive computer use - Microsoft Suite
- General administration skills and specific wireless telecom project coordination experience
- Experience with telecom closeout packages
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to write coherent and ad hoc status/progress reports
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail oriented, able to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain organized and accurate project records/files
