Join Our Dynamic Team as an Operations Manager at Total Security, LLC
Total Security, LLC, the fastest growing security company in Michigan and Ohio, was founded in 2009 specializing in Uniformed Security services and Camera/Alarm system sakes, installation and repair. We are currently looking to expand our operation management team in our Ohio market. Candidates for this position must be able to excel in a fast pass environment working with an elite security management team.
Candidates for our Operations Manager position must be extremely self-motivated as they will be managing the success of our multiple Ohio job sites.
Responsibilities:
- Promoting and maintaining a positive workplace environment at all our job sites.
- Effectively communicating with our clients Site Management ensuring our employees are performing beyond our clients' expectations.
- Monitoring employees' work procedures/habits and then providing positive guidance for our employees to become successful.
- Interviewing, hiring, and providing initial training to new employees
- Provide scheduling for multiple job sites ensuring all shifts are covered.
- Complete detailed daily reports on job site statuses to our Direct of Operations.
Candidates for this position must have a minimum of 1 year experience in Operations management. This position does require travel throughout Ohio and must be available by phone on weekends and the evenings.
